The Church Council has a special pool of money available for growth at Hamline Church called the Growth Initiative Fund. Each year earnings from the fund are used for membership, spiritual, or revenue growth. As part of Hamline Church, you are invited to use this new process to propose a use of the funds to enhance the church.
The Hamline Church Council is a body of leaders who help administer our church. They consist of our Staff Parish Relations Committee, Trustees, and Finance Committee, and include members at large. Members serve for three year terms.
Leadership Covenant & Rule of Christ
Hamline Church uses a leadership covenant to hold each other accountable to loving one another as Christ loved us. The leaders of this church are asked to serve and guide our faith community into becoming the Body of Christ, where we are all valued, included, and treated with mutual respect. We live by the Rule of Christ when we have conflict with one another.
